This is a great wrist brace. I got the right hand and it is important to pay attention to it since it is side-specific. The brace has either the letter "L” or "R” for left or right hand on it. I hurt my wrist in the gym and it sometimes takes a rather long time to recover. This brace provides excellent support for your wrist and doesn’t involve your fingers so you can still freely do your daily tasks. It is easy to put on, you put your thumb through the hole and then adjust the three straps based on how tight you want the brace.The fabric seems to be high quality. It also has a lot of small holes to make it more breathable, so you won’t have constant sweating problems. There are two supports in the brace, one gets under your palm and the other one goes on top of your hand. The one that is place in your palm, makes it slightly uncomfortable for some applications like using a keyboard due to its big size.
