Glad I bought this as my doctor didn't give me anything to support my ankle after I broke it. Yes, I had to wear a boot on the rare occasions I went outside, but I needed something around the house. This association works well. My biggest problem is getting dressed. Velcro straps are so strong that they are difficult to break. The two straps keep getting tangled when I try to lift and position the sides. When removing the orthosis, the straps are difficult to separate due to the strong Velcro. Also, it's difficult to find the end of each strap to start filming. I put ultra high quality tape near the end so my fingers could feel the tape and know it was the end. But it only lasts a month or so, after that I have to start over. It would be nice if the manufacturer put something at the end. If the bracket doesn't slip from where I put it, then that's quite handy, but often the heel piece moves and changes the position of the bracket. I would only recommend this to people who have the strength in their hands to break the velcro and who have the talent to put the brace on from the start.
