I have been interested in Bluetooth scales for a while and have researched them; particularly compatible with Apple products as I track my activities with my Apple Watch and use Apple Health. I am very happy with this scale, it comes with everything on my must have list and more!* Setup is very easy. It had a QR code to go to the App Store that stopped working - I'm not sure if that fixed it, but it was just as easy to search for Innotech in the Apple App Store, so I honestly scold them said not for that I am more impressed with the information and features of the actual product and the companion app. I admittedly dislike directions and usually try to set things up intuitively and only go back when necessary. Setup was so easy: just download the app, plug it in and step on the scale!* Easy to use. Open the app, step on the scale. View results. I love that you have trends, insights and progress at every step of the scale. For example, I was initially 7.0 pounds off my "goal weight" and the next day I went up to 6.1 pounds. Sounds exciting, only the scale showed I was dehydrated. There are descriptions for each measured item and graphs showing ideal, high, low, etc. ranges for comparison. I would like my information to be automatically displayed in the charts (personal information is displayed in this way in the trending area) as an overlay, but this is not a problem, but rather a suggestion to the developers of the application for future updates, and it affects its use Of course not, just one click less. The fact that it supports up to 10 users is great, especially since as a family of 6 we often struggle to find things that suit all of us. I am very happy with this scale and did not expect this level of technology at this price point - highly recommend for anyone looking for a great scale with added bells and whistles.
