It does what it says . burns and eats fat. My first time using this product I lost 146lbs in less then 5months and I kept it all off for over 7 years. I gained 40lbs back and this is my second time using it and the 2nd week I'm down 15lbs already . no speedy heart or anything like that. However it does contain alot of caffeine so it does make you jittery or over energetic at times. I don't recommend it for anyone with anxiety issues. But yes It works.
