Love the size, quality, display, keyboard, performance, battery life, ports and trackpad (minor caveat). The only issue I live with is that the trackpad can get a little shaky and seems to cause some areas of webpages to not only scroll vertically but also "peel off" and move horizontally and vertically at the same time, which is also not observed on any of my other laptops. However, all of the above pluses far outweigh this minor inconvenience that I've learned to adjust to. The backlit keyboard feels good and shows all keys very well (much better than my other laptop with backlit silver aluminum keys which are harder to read). The fact that it came in as near new condition as you can reasonably expect from a used item and at a very reasonable price made this offer unbeatable. I have other WinDoze laptops, but unless I need more graphics power (e.g. for VR/AR, in which case I'm using one of my other laptops with a dedicated GPU with dedicated video memory), this laptop is my pick. The only thing I'm a bit lacking here is more RAM (they only had the 8GB model, not the 16GB model), but that only occasionally requires me to limit my multitasking and the number of concurrent apps/ Reduce tabs.
