I finally decided to buy a new hair straightener which is more expensive than the one I bought at Walmart. I was so excited to finally get a new one until I got it. I wasn't satisfied on the first try. I didn't want to heat it too much to damage my hair and it didn't even straighten anything so I had to turn up the heat to get it to work. And yes, I took small pieces, it still didn't work out. The straightener seems cheap and it says it doesn't catch on hair, well mine pulled out some hairs. And today I tried to curl it and it sucked. My hair didn't frizz like I thought it would. I used small pieces and some big ones but it was the same. And within 20 minutes of using it my hair was rough, frizzy and tangled. I am very disappointed in this product. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
