Very easy to use, heats up very quickly. I use it to vent holes in deli cups and acrylic boxes for tarantula aviaries. Different sized tips are excellent as the spiders can be very small and slip through holes that are too large. A little tip is great for this purpose. The only downside is that it didn't come with a kickstand as advertised. This does not affect the usefulness of the item. I just put it in a ceramic mug when not in use.
