I am very satisfied with this product. As a big guy with a condition that limits my mobility and strength, I have flexion issues and haven't been able to use my socks since. I have shoe size 11 and am 1.80 m tall. My feet swelled to a very large size, so none of the flimsy plastic socks helped. This design is the best in my opinion. Very strong and big arch allows my big foot and lower leg to pass easily. Once you've learned how to insert the stocking into the device, all you have to do is place it on the floor and climb inside. That's all. The stocking reaches below the heel to the middle of the calf. Then use the handles in short back and forth motions up the calf to complete the donning of the stockings. You need to figure out how much of the sock should be left loose at the end so that it doesn't get too tight at the toes. Another advantage is that the stocking closes with even pressure over the entire length of the leg. As with most things, you have to learn how to use it. The more you use, the easier it gets. Now it takes me a few seconds to put my socks on. Finally, the device is made from very thick metal wire, welded together, and then painted with a very thick and slippery plastic coating that makes it easier to put the stocking on and then slide it onto the leg. Very happy with the purchase.
