Great for my turtle tank.
I wish the instructions were a bit better. I had to figure out how to assemble it and how to clean it. It's very quiet until it gets dirty and then gets louder (a plus for letting me know when to clean it). Cleaning is easy. everything disassembled, cleaned and reassembled. I clean it about once a month (about 15 minutes) and don't have to buy anything for it. Much better and quieter than the ones hanging on the tank.
