The collar is certainly nice, but as another reviewer pointed out (and I should have been listening), they made the idiotic decision of riveting a thick, rigid metal plate with the company name on it. For business: First of all, folks, dog necks are round - how is that thick metal bar supposed to flex on smaller collars? Much more important - because of this stupid plate, 1/3 of the collar cannot be adjusted! It's not easy to remove either - it's riveted and *thick*. Absolutely useless, especially for a small dog or puppy. I'm all for the branding, but gosh, use a fabric or elastic that both flexes and allows for collar adjustment. Send back. Shame.
