Let me start with a 'wow'. I've been studying alkaline water for about a year now and in early July of this year I thought Invigorated Living got it right when I ordered their premium alkaline water ionizer, 2 each. I made a 5 star review of their pitcher and my review talked about why I thought they basically met all the key water quality parameters I was concerned about plus all the positive reviews. My first suggestion is that everyone review their water company's annual report, which compares their parameters to the EPA's recommended values. The annual report from my water suppliers is actually quite good with an average PH of 7.9, TDS of 633ppm, Calcium of 79ppm and Magnesium of 26ppm and my house water is actually considered to be medium soft, there is no noticeable build up of limescale on the shower nozzles , I change your shower nozzle filters every year. Definition of hard water from Wikipdeia Hard water is formed when water percolates through limestone and chalk deposits, composed mainly of calcium and magnesium carbonates. Hard water is solved with a water softener after you do your homework. Drinking water can be very confusing, but most importantly, the above parameters, as well as chlorine and fluoride levels, are important parameters that Invigorated Living is excellent at removing or improving. Animated life does everything. Improve your water naturally by using filtration instead of electroplate, which makes more sense and is a lot cheaper. PH and ORP values are retained longer when adjusted with water through filters compared to electroplating. Don't believe what I'm saying, please do your homework, I'm sure you'll come to the same conclusions. Please let me know your thoughts and questions if I've missed anything. Okay, now for the new pH REVIVE alkaline water bottle ionizer. The case is good, I don't use the strap but I'll keep it for hiking but for now I only use the bottle at work. I put the card in my pocket and write down the date to remind myself when to change the filters (can't remember anything until I wrote it down). LAUGH OUT LOUD. At my place of work we have Arrow Head water dispensers, so we have half-quality filtered water to start with. I tested the water at work and the pH was 7.5 and the REVIVE bottle raised the pH by 1pH based on the pH tester you can see in the attached photos. The ORP improvement isn't as good as the Krug's, but it's very decent. I'm happy. With ORP from an Arrowhead dispenser, +187 mV plus. The bottle can change the OPR to minus -72 mV. This value is based on using the filter for 1 week. I plan to test and provide an update in 1 month. I'm sure it will work just as well as a pitcher with about a 10% reduction. Now I don't have to carry 1/2 gallon of water to work every day. YES YES YESβ¦. That's cool. I try to think of cons, but nothing comes to mind. Waiting 10 minutes might be considered cheating for some people but for me I've only been drinking water and when it's empty I don't immediately get thirsty when I fill it up.
