Pros:- Definitely leak proof- Love the grippy rubber around the cup band and the rubber bottom that avoids the dreaded "thermos clunk" when you place it on a hard surface. Drinking during a meeting is silent!- Has a nice little air pressure hole in the lid so that the liquid can pour easily from the cup mouth- Beautiful design that has held up after a few months of washing- The snap lid over the cup mouth feels super secure and tight and has a satisfying "click" when you seat the cover down.Cons:- the rubber seal inside the lid has already been stained by color and is discolored after only a few months of use
