I am 20 years old 01 Electrician (apprentice merchant) in my 60's with arthritis and poor circulation in both hands. I use a small air activated hand warmer. inside under the palm and then Gorilla Gloves as the last layer. It keeps my hands and fingers warm all day and is thin enough to allow full dexterity with either hand. ABSOLUTELY the warmest and thinnest liner gloves I have ever tried. 4 stars because they are NOT heavily constructed and if you don't carefully remove them they look like they will tear.
