The top square piece didn't fit in the center
It was a nice wood, good color and generally easy to put together until we got to the top and the square end fit into the base. The square was almost twice the size of the hole it had to fit in, making it impossible to assemble. My friend was sitting here trying to sand it down to make it fit, I was just really frustrated because we're putting our tree in pretty late this year and now with this complication it's getting harder. :( No money to get another one or time to try to get a refund or send it back and forth. Nice tree but maybe we just have a faulty one.
