Very suitable for adding reinforcing grommets to any type of tarpaulin or cover. I used a hole punch to cut the tarp and used a small hammer to hammer the grommets together, it's easy once you find the right spot and cut the hole in the tarp. My 1 star rating is these bushings are not reusable so this has to be done once so be careful with layout and installation.
