Almost perfectly loud enough

According to reviews they said it wasn't loud. I would compare it to the same decibel level as a horn in a small car, not sure how much louder it should be. I would like to see some installation instructions or documentation. It's not difficult to install and anyone with a bit of common sense will be able to figure it out. Serves its purpose and works well so far
