Sweet containers. The quality is good, the lids close perfectly. You could make your own set if you want to save some money, but personally I didn't want the hassle. It was a lot easier for me to just buy a color coded ready to eat kit and the perfect serving size. Worth the price I think. I don't follow the 21 Day Diet or any diet related to it, but I still wanted a structured way of eating. Until I had these containers I had no sense of portion control and had no idea how much I was overeating. I definitely recommend them if you want to eat better or less, but the thought of dieting is stressful. These containers take the guesswork out of it.
