Easy to set up, software not so user friendly

The badge printer works great and is easy to set up. I'm new so I didn't know you need to download an icon maker software and it's like photoshop. So if you're like me and have no idea when it comes to graphic design software, installing it is a bit more difficult. But I managed to learn and I can print very basic ID cards and that was all I needed.
