I was very pleased to receive this product and to see how well made it was. The difference that happened when I replaced my previous ottoman ball casters was amazing! Runs freely and smoothly. I found it easy to install and really appreciated the screwdriver that came with it. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is how to get it to a full stop with the brakes on as it still rolls when pushed, so maybe that's what it's supposed to do. But you will be satisfied with this purchase, I can say with confidence! :-)
