An example of buying dubious foreign goods. The publisher's name is a set of Chinese names and is unlicensed. During installation I am asked if I want to install "XXX Driver" - yes, "XXX Driver". I declined and of course the progress bar keeps running and then forces my computer to restart. Then I check the list of installed programs and indeed they are installed! I tried uninstalling it and it says Sorry, please close all instances of this program. I checked Task Manager but it's not in the list. The only way to uninstall was to restart my computer and immediately go to the control panel on startup, start the uninstall and ask at least 5 times "Are you sure you want to uninstall this driver?" I have no idea why anyone would even remotely think of installing this given what you've read in the news about hacking abroad.
