Just received. The alarm clock is loud. The instructions are almost incomprehensible, clearly written by a non-English speaker. I also got 6 batteries - don't know why as it only takes 3 batteries. Inserting the batteries was extremely difficult because one of the screws was so tight that it could hardly be loosened even with a suitable screwdriver. It required two people, one pushing the screwdriver down and the other using a vise to turn the screwdriver. I hope it gets easier when it comes time to change the batteries. The key doesn't come out with the lock open - I don't know if that's an advantage or not. 3 keys, one of which is backlit.
