I like that my team can use this tool to evaluate all of our candidates for every position. It is very easy to navigate and allows us to focus on the skills we are looking for within each candidate. The ability to see what other people have said about each candidate helps me make an educated decision as well. We have been using this software since 2013, and there has not been much change in the product. This is definitely something you want if you are looking for a quick way to assess potential new hires. The main benefit is that it provides consistent feedback from multiple employees. It also allows us to be more objective when evaluating candidates.
