Oh my god how I love this pillow! Every night I woke up with severe pain in my hip. I've tried physical therapy, chiropractors, whatever, I've tried. I've been using this pillow for 3 nights and no pain! It stays in place and is very comfortable. I am 73 years old and the doctor said I have a small gap in both of my lower vertebrae and arthritis. I really can't believe how this little pillow can make such a difference!
