I have supper itchy arms all summer long. Ice packs are the only thing that stops the itch, but the problem is that you have to sit and hold an ice pack on. With these you can put an ice pack or ice cube underneath or wear them damp and it really helps stop itching skin. Also they are not hot! A lot of times I need to keep my arms covered and long sleeve shirts just feel so hot. These feel cool and comfortable. Definitely recommend. Most helpful thing I’ve found in many years. So grateful for something to help horrible brachioradial pruritis!
