This hardware will not rust and is durable.
The fact that it's made of stainless steel means it will never rust. Also, consider replacing all existing ladder hardware with stainless steel hardware (including screws). For mounting points that are secured with screws that rust, consider replacing them with special aluminum expanding rivets.
