The ease of use by the screeners allows them to be much more efficient at what they do without having to spend time learning new software or complicated systems. I have seen improvement in both recruiter and screeners training. The program has definitely helped my process flow and helped me increase efficiency. Some features are not all that easy to access when you need it during an application review. However, it does take some getting used to but is actually quite helpful. There are some features that could definitely be improved as well. Having a tool with this many benefits has been very beneficial for our organization. We use it to track applicants and also to assist with background checks. With the benefits realized from using this system we have seen time savings as well as decrease the amount of background check errors. It has allowed us to get work done faster and better. I like that they have an easy interface with which you can upload all your documents from one place where it gets stored safely till when needed by HR or Recruiter/sender etc. The only thing i dislike about them was their pricing structure but once we got over this hurdle everything else has been great! They are very professional organization who take care of every aspect related recruitment process right form documentation submission up until final selection phase including interviews if required.
