Foam worked better than I thought

I used this foam in my 1974 Meyers aluminum boat when replacing the bottom. The foam worked better than I thought. It filled every nook and cranny and by the time I hit the ground it was making no more noise. tips; Make the room you work in as hot as possible, or if you're outside, wait for a hot day. The hotter the room, the more foam rises and the more area you can fill with one pour. A word of warning, try to measure portions as accurately as possible because once this starts you won't be able to stop it and you will end up with a lot of waste from overflowing. (I spent about a liter on the overflow) Make sure the foam has enough room to grow and has an overflow. It bent a metal plate I had riveted to the floor because it wouldn't come out and I had to quickly drill a hole to make room for it. Also, this material is very sticky, so wash measuring cups and tools after each pour. Also, buy a drill mixer, you won't have enough time to mix the two parts properly by hand before it starts to rise, which happens about 35 seconds after you start mixing. I have to say this is the most fun I've ever had during a project. . I felt like a kid in science class watching two chemicals mix and then start to grow. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to fill the space under the bottom of the boat.
