Here is a digital food thermometer that is so easy to use and works so well. I was making burgers for lunch when it arrived so I had to try it right away. The battery is not included. After installing a pair of AAA's on the grill I left. I opened the sample and it lights up. Controlling the meat was so easy. The display is large and easy to read. It even has a nice backlight for nighttime use. I can't wait to use the extended probe that comes with the kit when I cook my next roast. It also has a simple programmable buzzer that you can set as a reminder for the temperature of the cooking process, a nice feature. This is a must have with its strong built in magnet and large hole for hanging when not in use.
