I'm 5'5, 140 pounds, 36 cents. I bought the medium and they fit perfectly. The chest is slightly tapered but not constricting and the material has a high coefficient of stretch. I give them an overall great rating because they feel amazing and are great value for money. I wanted to wear them under other clothes at winter scouting events. The downside, as you can see in the photo, is that the pants had a hole in the waist and after 2 hours of wearing them under a brown sweatshirt, coils appeared on the armpits of the shirt. Apart from that they were inexpensive and I bought them to wear under other clothes. So if that's what you're looking for, they're great.
