I really liked the fact that this little unit has 5.2 Bluetooth connectivity. I have a bunch of powered speakers from older computers and an old bedroom stereo with 2 speakers that now with this unit can be given Bluetooth capability. The connection RCA cable needed for the hookup is provided as well as a power cable for the 1Mii Bluetooth unit. Very simple instructions and connecting was easy. If you didn't want to get rid of some of that older equipment well then the 1Mii is your answer. I hooked up a couple of old powered speakers ,paired them up to my phone ( instructions for pairing included) and set them out on the patio ,worked perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Bluetooth connection was 5x5 strong and is much better than just listening through the phone alone and I didn't have to purchase new Bluetooth speakers.
