Error 0.15 degrees. Move the ruler 90 degrees and then back to 0 degrees, you can't because you'll stop at 0.15 every time you go back to "0 degrees". Fortunately, you can reset the measurement and keep accurate readings. Remember to zero each new measurement. It has a permanent place in my tool bag: Electrical, HVACR&P.
