Sturdy construction, metal frame, metal doors, metal post connectors. The grips are smooth and work as expected, easy to read display. Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection to phone app. All functions work from the back of the device, but the phone app gives you control. Values measured at 10ft at ISO 800 at f125 f2, 5ft at f2.8 and 3ft at f5.6. I usually use acetate gels for background staining, but this light does it all. Also, it would be really cool to use it to display colored shadow effects. The strobe effects are nice, especially if you are a DJ or hosting a party. This light is so versatile that it can be used as a main, fill or background light and I'm sure it's a killer video light. The price was great, maybe I'll get another one!
