update: February 5th 2021 I hired an electrician to remove two lights in my garage. Each fixture had two 48-inch fluorescent tubes. I replaced them with standard bulbs and installed these bulbs (my fourth purchase of these bulbs). fantastic. I can easily read Harry Potter under my car. Just kidding, but this conversion is the best and cheapest I've done in years. We recommend. -------------- --- ------- I was looking for this type of lighting to replace the stock light bulbs in two sections of my attic and also some of the 4 foot fluorescent lights to remove/convert to LEDs in my garage. a bit and went with it, although it is more expensive than other options (even 2 packs in some cases). I chose this based on light output and reviews. I received it today and installed it in part of my attic. Unlike an ordinary glass bulb, it is day and night. And by day I mean the day "the light of 100 suns". It was amazing that I could see what I saw. could never see there before. The product was well packaged and makes a very stable and well-made impression. I ordered 3 more this afternoon. This review is also only after 10 minutes of installation and testing (switching on and off several times) today in my attic. I hope that the quality will be maintained, but for the moment I am very satisfied.
