, I love my gold and hot iron so I ordered this based on the model number of my model. It wasn't the right product. It was cheaply made, fell apart before I even took it out of the box. I didn't even take it out of the secure packaging. The one I have is very well made, much heavier and more reliable. It's cheap plastic. My old one is about 8-10 years old, it works fine but the coating is peeling off the iron so I'm looking for a new one. My new one didn't break a piece. I was very excited when I found the same model number on Amazon and received this broken plastic thing in the mail. Returned.
