I really like this iron. I've been using this for about 10 years. I ordered one and when I received it the temperature control was not working properly and was too high. I got in touch and they sent me a new one that works perfectly. This flat iron straightens my hair and makes it look so shiny and healthy.

I would give this 5 stars but I think it could be done a bit better. I find it large and awkward to use. I have chin length hair and use it for big curls but the plates only bother after the first styling. I love the speed at which it heats up and multiple heat settings are a must.
