I like that it works as a cloud storage system so you don't have to worry about security or backing up your data yourself. It's easy for users who aren't tech savvy to navigate through their account. The interface is simple but elegant at the same time. It would be great if they could add more file types such as video or audio recordings. If you're looking for a secure way to share documents and other important pieces of information then this might work well for you! We are using Appriver to store and access files that need to stay confidential from employees in our office. This makes it much easier than having someone email themself copies every single day. We also use it to collaborate on projects outside of the office too which is helpful when we get together remotely via Google hangouts etc.
