Review on 👟 Mizuno Women's Rider Running Shoes - Citadel Glacier Athletic Footwear for Women by Bre Ellis

I love these shoes! My last Mizunos were the Wave Catalyst which were great, perfectly supported my arch and slight pronation but felt heavy from the 3 mile mark. I liked the look of the Wave Rider 23 in Dark Shadow (black is the holy grail for a New Yorker!), but from what I read about it I was concerned that the balance would be off balance for me or that the bow would be too high . I ordered them anyway, my usual size is 1/2 bigger for Mizunos. They seemed to fit well when they arrived, but I wore them around the house for a few hours to check for problems before deciding to keep them. The next day's walk was particularly challenging - over 6 miles instead of my usual 3 or 4. The shoes were amazing! I ended up dead tired but they were still comfortable and there was no unusual pain or tender points anywhere in my feet or knees. I was also grateful that the shoes felt less clunky and uncomfortable on my feet. After resting, I felt great. Catalysts are still good for the gym etc but for beauty and long distance I now go for the Wave Rider 23.
