I have 3 of the smaller/shorter style foldable steps like this one and love them. Very sturdy and handy! I use this item mostly as a stool that is easy to pickup and move and set up while watching my 2 year old while he's running around in the yard. The top of the stool/step cracked on one side from the center out. You can still sit on it, but not stand on it. Also the hinges become undone and need to be snapped back together every so often from folding/unfolding. I weigh 215 lbs and supposedly it's rated for 300 lbs. I will buy another one though seeing how it's so handy.
