Little Trees are automotive classics but are notorious for two things: 1. They don't smell like they claim and 2. They have a short shelf life (maybe a week). I chose Black Ice. . I have one in my bedroom closet, one in the room our dogs sleep in and one in the car. I have to give Little Trees credit for being able to LIKE the smell of wet pavement tar; So if you like the smell of a wet street in the rain, you might like this scent. I don't hate Black Ice, but I don't like it either. I smelled worse, and it certainly beats all those stupid candles and infusions my wife keeps putting around the house (those things smell horrible!). Speaking of my wife, she loves this scent as does my sister-in-law. Maybe it's the girls. In any case, they are what they are. When you need to refresh a space quickly and aren't concerned with durability or olfactory accuracy, small trees will get the job done. Helpful Hint: Do not buy from Legends Distribution. Two cellophane packages were opened upon arrival; One cut right above with scissors, and the other ripped one of the V-grooves.
