This watering jug (not a can. there's no metal) holds about 1/2 gallon of water and can be used with or without the detachable shower head.Without the head, it can get into tight spaces and put water just where you want it.With the head, it makes a nice rain-like drizzle to wet the whole plant or get the water all over the plant's container.Of course, a little dissolvable fertilizer (not to mention any brand name) can be mixed in.
