These bags are exactly as advertised. They are big and they are STRONG. I bought them because I had a metal trash can below deck that was filled with small rocks (can't remember why but they've been there for 10+ years). I thought I could use these rocks to put in the bottom of the pots when planting the plants, but the jar was very heavy and difficult to reach. So! I paid a teenager to sit next to a can and fill these bags with rocks, close them and put them in my car. Presto! I now have about 35 bags of rocks, each the perfect size to place at the bottom of a drain pan, and I always have them on hand!
