I have been cycling for many years and remember spending a lot of money on bike lights with one size batteries years ago water bottle holder. It's amazing how far technology has come with these white and red Akale LED bulbs! For added safety on roads or trails, LED lights with multiple lighting modes provide increased visibility day and night to catch drivers' attention. Devices are small, light and unobtrusive. Going on and off is a simple 5 second operation with a rubber band that hooks perfectly onto the handlebars or seat post but can stretch around other parts of the bike and each light has a clip for attaching to backpacks, helmet or clothes. 4 lighting modes: steady on/steady on, flashing and irregular flashing. Rechargeable key function! Battery life is not an issue for me when working in flash mode. I didn't have to make a conscious effort to charge regularly between rides and they never stopped. I bought two of the two packs for four bikes. Each pack comes with extra elastic bands and 2 USB charging cables. The only downside is that one of the USB cables in the box was rusty and didn't charge reliably. That being said, I recommend these flashlights for all of the reasons above and would buy additional tunes myself.
