Review on Accurate Farberware Meat Thermometer: One Size Stainless Steel for Precision Cooking by Angela Floyd

The size shown is the box it came in. Actual size is 2 1/2 x 3 x 3/8 from what I can measure, about the same size as a regular oven thermometer. no color coded temperature zones as shown. Except for the company name, it's all white with black numbers. Readability is no better than any other oven thermometer I've looked at. I was hoping that the larger size described (5 1/2 x 3 3/4) would make it easier to read through the oven door. The temperature calibration of the new oven is under development, so the accuracy of this item is not known at this time.
