Review on 🐊 Lacoste Milady Full/Queen Duvet Set in Red by Greg Boulden

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Uncomfortably strong for my taste, but tastefully finished

What struck me about this duvet is how different both sides are. Check out the pictures of this bedspread/pillowcase on Revain and you'll see what I mean. Due to the many different designs, this bedspread is very versatile and suits many rooms. My wife thinks this blanket is perfect for boys rooms and both sides have a slightly masculine look for little boys. Also considering the thickness and weight of this blanket I think it is better suited for cold weather months. The quality of the duvet is excellent - it is very durable - but I actually find it TOO heavy, thick and...just not soft. . Also, the duvet is so heavy that my wife says we can't put it in the washing machine and probably not in our dryer. We've washed our portion of the duvets in the washing machine before, but my wife thinks they're too big. As such, it will likely need to be dry cleaned, which can soften it up. The pillowcases can be washed in the washing machine. Two of them go on one side of the bedspread and two on the other side. Like the duvet, each pillowcase design is cool and different, which I love. A pillowcase (or pillowcases, as they are called) is blue, with white Lacoste crocodiles and a green shard on the bottom right. The other pillowcase contains red, grey, white and blue colors and is decorated with a green crocodile. Other great features of this cotton material include "enriched fabrics like brushed twill", "cotton or yarn color for effortless elegance". and corded pipeline. As much as my wife and I love Lacoste products, the cover and lining material is a bit too durable for my liking.
