I just wanted a good old tape recorder. The description said it would play cassettes without using your laptop. FALSE Tape runs but no sound. COMPLETE GARBAGE. Now I need to buy something that actually works. UPDATE: This works. At first there was no sound and I tried everything. This might sound silly to some, but imagine I'm not the only one who doesn't have an audio output unless you're using in-ear headphones, headphones or mini-speakers connected to your laptop. The USB MUST be plugged into your laptop, it will not work and cannot be used with a USB wall adapter. I would say, that this product should express this clearly. In this way, my rating has changed from 1 star to 4 stars. I'm glad I didn't send it back.
