Compact, lightweight and ideal for towing loads on level ground. However, the frame is made of very light telescopic aluminum. So be careful when lifting something heavy with it. I tried using it to haul suitcases up 6 floors in a college dorm: the plastic wheels hit the concrete stairs with a loud "pop" on each step that was heard throughout the landing, and after 3 loads the frame sagged from the climb and impact. I'm pretty sure the aluminum would crack if I tried to straighten it. Again, it's cheap, lightweight, and foldable. He can handle the weight and I think he's done everything that could reasonably be expected. But it is also not strong industrial steel and cannot be lifted or twisted; Keep that in mind when deciding if this is right for your needs.
