The wheels are very hard and there is a slight ridge/seam where the two halves are molded together. This caused a dent line in our oak flooring for each wheel when we moved a 150 pound hutch. Lucky for us we noticed this when moving it off our old oak flooring. Hence we did not use them to move it back on the new oak flooring.Very hard to move across carpet. Great for moving across the plywood subfloor.

When attempting to apply these to my walk-in tub just delivered, so it could be transported over carpet to the bathroom destination for install, we could not keep all four sets of wheels engaged on the 246 pound tub. Collapse of one corner, then stop to reapply only to have a collapse of another corner was unnerving. Not for appliances that are heavy I read all the reviews of all of these kinds of items which I was really looking forward to this one said it was really sturdy for heavy appliances well they have all collapsed except for the ones I had on a very light appliance the concept is great because they are very maneuverable but if you have more than a couple hundred pounds I would not recommend this If you have appliances over 200 pounds Concept is great just all the wheels collapse

You can move your refrigerator or heavy furniture with these dolly movers. I purchased them to move a refrigerator and heavy old fashioned wood furniture after the wood floor was refinished. When I used it discovered a small line on the floor which resulted from the seem on the wheels. So I sanded the wheels down. No more marks! The included lifter slips out a bit easy. I would give this 5 stars if the wheels came more finished and the lifter was a bit better.

Top round rubber on each set of wheels fell of the place when rolling furniture.Must have a screw to retain them in place.

Ordered under piano movers. Absolutely worthless. Had to move it by inching it across the floor. Wouldn’t roll on thin office carpet. Then tried to move a cabinet and it twisted like a pretzel. Total waste of money. Not sure if I can even return it since it was damaged.

I've used casters like this before but this were not that strong. I put them under a workbench and they did not hold up whereas another set of casters like this I had worked just fine.

Single female. Bought these to help me move furniture around. Regardless of what I tried, they would fall off every time. Ended up walking the furniture in to place . Absolute junk.

Product works great. Just arrived with box ripped open and one heightening pad missing. revain has no provision for requesting missing part. No way to contact Soyo to request part. Very frustrating.

Its durability and maneuverability is why I rated this a 4. BUT, the pad comes out of the center. There should be some shape that could be used (share shape) that would serve this purpose and secure it better. Its ease of use other than that is good and they are durable.

It is easy to place under the furniture and moves easily, except over thick carpet When you push on the furniture on carpet it tends to push off from the dollies. Otherwise, it is a great product.

We have a gigantic heavy couch sitting on a washable rug, because….dogs. The washable rug becomes incredibly under washed when the couch is impossible to move. Today that all changed. This little addition to our home may be the best money we’ve spent in a very long time. One person is able to lift and maneuver the casters in to place. This is worth every penny.

When I opened the box some of the pieces appeared to have been used, otherwise I'm satisfied that I was able to change my room around by myself without scratching up my hardwood floors.

Literally just opened it. Parts are dirty, handle lift bar thing has chunks of paint off of it. This has definitely been used. I paid for new items, I should get new items.

Used to move an old stove out and a new stove in. The tripod design works well, but you have to do a bit of lifting to get the item onto the wheels. The lifter helps but you really do need two people.

I ordered these for my son when he was moving. He stated they worked very well as they held the weight of an entertainment center, a loveseat with 2 recliners & console and a wooden dresser. He did not use the jack. I plan on using them soon when I rearrange my furniture.

I got this to help me move some heavy wood desks and a couch around more easily. The lifter makes it much easier to get the furniture up and onto the dollies and the dollies themselves are plenty sturdy. The dollies themselves are built similarly to the ones you frequently see for moving pianos, but these are much smaller.The downside is that the wheels on the dollies are a fairly hard plastic and not very big, so they don't move as easily on carpet and might mark wood floors.
