Just put this product in my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XLE. I received it the next day. I haven't driven the car since installing the cover. These are just my first impressions but I like the soft material. It feels very good. Will have to trim a few threads here and there and hopefully Work Gravity Cap will flatten out a bit over time. I'm glad there are cutouts for the speakers (although the photos suggest they are for something else) and I think there is would be better if they didn't have an embroidered logo on the right side. The biggest issue, which may not matter, is that the cover isn't made for cars with a 7-inch infotainment screen. There is a raised gap on the back. Looking again at the product photos now, they definitely show an 8-inch screen. Oops. Well, I can't complain about the money. passenger seat I think) and for my DVR. Update 6/24: After asking the seller about the gap behind the screen, they gave me a partial refund and said they would update the product description to include that the cover is for cars with 8" infotainment screens. I received a refund but still don't see an update on the product page. In any case, although I'm not 100% satisfied with the product itself, I'm happy with the service I received. Update 7/13: Now that I've driven with the dash cover for a while I'll probably return it as as mentioned in another review it doesn't emit heat and the dash gets quite hot under the cover. I placed an order with a reputable dashboard cover manufacturer and will be returning it soon. The rating has been changed from 4 stars to 2. It gets 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer service was kind to me by giving a refund earlier.
