The chair is comfortable except for the build quality. Also bad back support as you can't keep your back in place, it only has a heading to the max limit and then doesn't stop at 90 degrees so you don't look like you're about to go to sleep. This stool is bar height and I love the fact that it rises high enough to fit the bar position or standing tables. Hands fall randomly. Great design overall but lacks the main fictional back support, arm support and weak legs which broke it for me after 5 weeks of light use. Support asked me to call Amazon for a partial refund. There is nothing you can do but replace the broken legs. The process for this requires emailing photos and proving they are not sure why they asked me to call and wait and then tell me to come back and email.
