I took it just to try what this strange contraption is. Needle with a huge eye (almost along the entire length), with a point at both ends. At the same time, it is very thin and is suitable even for very small beads (it is very convenient to weave from beads of the 15th size). First I wove with a long 13 cm needle. It was not very convenient, precisely because it was long, but I didn’t have others. Then I found on sale the same Gamma needles 4.5 cm long, and it became much more convenient to weave. But there are two serious drawbacks. First: the eye at the ends is sharp, so the beaded thread is first rubbed into fibers, and then it breaks. Second: the ends of the needle are strongly bent, so it is easy to tear. Do not even break, namely tear - this needle is so thin. And the price is several times higher than ordinary beaded needles, which are sold for a couple of rubles apiece. Summing up, I can say that the Gamma needle is ideal for weaving small beads, and it is better to buy several pieces at once so that it is not offensive to break. Or maybe I just have crooked hands.
